Corrections & door-decal submissions

If a code on your furnace doesn't match what the decoder shows, email a clear photo of the wiring/fault decal inside your blower door plus your furnace brand and model number. Verified submissions help us improve coverage.

Include the email used at checkout and a short description of the issue. Refund requests are handled within 14 days of purchase per our Terms.
